Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! For today's post, I created this For You Gift Box perfect for adding a gift to work that plant enthusiast in your life. To create my gift box, I've used the Play in the Dirt Collection, Floral Collection, Honeycomb Flair - 6x8 Stencil by Pam Bray Designs and the Ledger 6x8 Stamp Set by Nicole Wright Designs. You'll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my For You Gift Box at home.
To start, you'll need a gift box. Place the Honeycomb Flair Stencil to the gift box. Using a blending tool with foam, blend Rustic Evergreen Distress Ink through the stencil. Flip the gift box over and repeat the previous step.
Assemble the gift box. Ink the edges of the gift box using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the Ledger Stamp Set you'll need to spell out For and You. Apply Black Ink to the words and stamp onto a piece of White Soft Finish Cardstock. Cut the two words into two strips. Ink the edges of the strip using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the Floral 12x12 Paper Pack, you'll need to choose a piece of patterned paper. Cut the paper down to 3" x 8", score at 2". Flip the paper to the other side and score at 2". Distress the edges of the paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Out of the Play in the Dirt - House Plant Edition - Ephemera, choose five plants. Fussy cut around the plants. Ink the edges of the plants using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Adhere the patterned paper strip to the middle of the gift box.
Use adhesive and foam squares to adhere the plant pots to patterned paper strip as desired.
Adhere the For You word strips on the plant pots as desired.
Choose seven sequins out of the Play in the Dirt Sequin Pack. Adhere the seven sequins as desired around the plants.
