Gorgeous Mixed Media Layout by Tracy

Hello crafty friends and welcome back! Tracy here and today I have a fun little mixed media layout to share featuring the new Media Assemblage Collection from Wild Whisper. Here are all of the details.
I started with the grey/black toned patterned paper for the background and cut it down to 11.5x11.5. Using a stencil I added some texture using DecoArt Modelling Paste around the patterned paper. Once dry I dusted the textured areas with black ink.
Next using a paper towel roll, and black paint I stamped circles in the same areas as the texture. Finally I splattered black mister around the background. Let dry.
I took cheesecloth, and sprayed it with a black mister. Let that dry. Cut a piece of the script patterned paper to 11.5x5, and tear both long edges.
Ink both these pieces of patterned paper. Adhere the larger piece to a full sheet of black cardstock. Add the dyed cheesecloth to the edges of torn piece of patterned paper and then adhere to the middle of the layout using foam tape.
Double nat the 4x6 black and white photo in white cardstock. Cut a piece of the teal patterned paper that is 2x7.5, ink the edges and adhere across the middle of the layout. Adhere the matted photo to the layout using foam tape. Add some flowers around the matted photo. Add the chipboard title to the left of the layout.
