Hello Paradise Card by Katelyn Clary

Hi crafty people, it's Katelyn C here again with another project to share with you all! I am sharing how to use the cutaparts from Wild Whisper's Palm Paradise collection to make a card!
I used an A2 sized card base, 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" as my foundation. I then used the gorgeous floral patterned paper from the collection as my next layer. I cut it to 4" x 5 1/4" so there was a small mat border of white. If you wanted to get more definition on your card layers, you could ink the edges with a coordinating ink color.
Next, I worked on the sentiment section of the front of my card. This cutapart section that says "hello paradise" is a perfect sentiment to send some sunshine to someone in the mail! I needed another layer behind the sentiment since the backgrounds were such similar colors. I decided to use a small white doily and pop my sentiment up on foam adhesive to give it more dimension. I also sprinkled around some sequins to give some more glitz.
Lastly, I decorated the inside of my card! I had to take the opportunity to use the Wild Whisper script stamp set. To match the theme of the outside of the card, I decided to go with the sentiment of "aloha". I stamped it with My Favorite Things Dill Pickle dye ink. After that was dry, I used some more of the sequins to decorate the inside! You can watch the process video for this card here: https://youtu.be/iQM3l9Xb-nY
