Hello, crafty friends! Natalie here again today with a layout created by combining a few of the beautiful Wild Whisper collections. I love the Wild Whisper style, and the patterned papers are versatile, yet can combined together beautifully!
I started with a background paper from the Classic Woodgrains paper pack.
I combined coordinating papers for photo layering from the Adventure pack, a lovely plaid, and the beautiful foliage from the More Adventures pack.
Another thing I love about the Wild Whisper papers is the sturdy, thick texture, which is wonderful for mixed media! I used some texture paste through a wood grain stencil, and colored with Shimmerz for a fun, textured background.
I wanted to make a mini macrame piece for my layout to carry a old world feel, so I googled tutorials until I found a combination that worked best for me. I chose thread and fiber colors that coordinated with the gorgeous wild papers, and added tassels!
These wood veneer pieces really compliment the fall photos so well. I love their intricate beauty.
I finished the layout with some glitter, Thickers, and the cutest little bear sentiment that complimented the photos perfectly!
I adore this little guy that came with the cut apart page. It says "You keep me safe, and I'll keep you wild."
These color pallets with neutral, natural colors combined with navy blue are so on point with current trends, and they really speak to me! I'm still so thrilled to be guest designing with the talented ladies of Wild Whisper. Thank you! -Natalie
