Hello friends! Karla here today with a fun sneak peek at the new collection that will hit the shelves April 1st! You guessed it... it definitely has to do with florals, and today I'm sharing the gorgeous 4x6" Floral stamp set that is part of this beautiful collection. As soon as I saw this set I knew I wanted to watercolour it - and show you how easy it is to do that with Zig Clean Colour Real Brush Markers and gold embossing powder.
By embossing on Bristol Cardstock the ink and water stays inside the 'wells' created and you can easily blend without worrying about going outside the lines. With just a few colours of markers you can achieve a beautiful blend of colours.
I used a gold background from one of the papers in the Fandom 12x12 paper pack as a base and added pretty gold embossing powder around the edge. The Xyron Sticker Maker worked perfectly to quickly and easily attach the fussy cut floral images and diecut paper details to the card.
Some metallic diecuts using the Tim Holtz Metallic Confections paper pad coordinate with the shiny embossing powder, and pretty sequins from the coordinating Fandom Sequin pack created exclusively by SpiegelMom Scraps finish it off with a touch of bling!
