Watercolor Pocket Album by Linda
Hi everyone! Today I am showing you a project that is very dear to my heart. I love houseplants... and I have a LOT of them. For a long time now, I have wanted to create a photo album where I can document my favorite plants, and most importantly, create sections with information about their care. Some of them are"prima donnas" and have very specific watering and humidity requirements and now I will have somewhere to check who likes what! (Cause I might be a little bit forgetful!) For this album, Pam Bray's Watercolor collection was the one I chose...
Rock On! by Jenn
Hello, Jenn here with another fun Feel the Beat layout. I have been loving this collection and once I started using it I couldn't stop. For this layout, I actually used the back of my previous layout. I do this quite often when I like both sides of a paper and want to create two layouts that would go back to back in an album. In this case I really loved both sides of this paper and also felt that both sides worked so well for the pictures I wanted to scrap. The nice thing about Wild Whisper paper is...
Masculine Birthday Card by Linda
Hello! Today I thought I'd share a birthday card that I made for my dad. He is a prolific reader, so I thought this quote from the Fandom collection was perfect for his card! The front of the card was created very simply, using Fandom ephemera and a piece from the paper collection. I popped up some of the ephemera pieces with foam tape. I made use of more of the ephemera pieces on the inside of the card. Cardmaking doesn't need to be hard when you've got patterned paper and ephemera pieces!
Panic! by Jenn
Hello, Jenn here! I was so excited to start playing with the Feel the Beat collection. Music is such an important part of my family's life and this collection is just perfect for documenting that! I started by going through the 12x12 papers to pick a background for my layout. I had my eye on that gorgeous crowd paper which I thought would really compliment my photo of my daughter watching the stage at her first 'real' concert, Panic! At the Disco in Seattle. I went through the ephemera pack and picked out all the pieces I liked for the...
SUMR Road Trip Layout by Karla
Hello all, it's Karla back today! Well, it is exciting times here on the Wild Whisper Blog with the amazing new releases in the shop!! Today, I'm sharing a fun summer travel layout using the new Road Trip Collection. Our family was on our way to a camping trip in one of our favouite spots - Little Bow Provincial Park in Alberta. These pics are a few years ago, so it's fun to see how much they've changed over the years. We actually just went there again this week so those photos are going to be fun to scrap too!...
