Hello Everyone! Sara with you today! A couple weeks ago, I demonstrated for to create fun 6X6 papers using the Stump Stamp and the Birch Bark stamps. I created 4 different variations on these stamps- 2 in traditional woodgrain colors and two in non traditional, bright hues. Today I am using the 2 woodgrain papers to create two cards with you! (If you missed the live and want to see how I created the background, HERE is the link
For my first card, I paired the Stump stamp background with the Brush Script Stamp set. I heat embossed the word hello in white so it would pop a bit off the background.
For finishing touches, I added some coordinating sequins and a splatter of shimmer mist.
For my second card, I paired the Birch stamp background with the Little Things stamp set. I stamped the largest image with black ink and then added some super simple coloring with Zig markers. I love how the background mutes the colors I chose and how the Birch background gives a messy, more organic look to this stamp set.
I added a liberal splatter of shimmer mist to this card too as a finishing touch.
You can head over to my channel and watch my process video to see step by step how I created these cards.
