This was one of my absolute favorite collections when it was released quite some time ago and I love the new and updated version just as much. The colors, styles, and phrases in this collection are just perfect for my crazy crew. If you know me at all, you know that I love love love a black background for a layout. Hello, Jenn here, using the Happy Tails collection again this week to create a super cute grid-style layout. The design for this layout comes from a sketch by Meggy Blethen for the iNSD challenges going on at The Secret Not Secret Kit Club. I started my layout by painting squares on my background paper with watercolours, in the colours from the collection. While that dried I built my photo clusters by layering some of the 12x12 pattern papers behind each photo with some plain grey cardstock on between the layers so you could really see the colours of the patterned...
