Child At Heart Layout With Sara Scraps
Hello Hello My Friends! Sara here with you today with a brand new layout featuring the Child At Heart Collection. I knew as soon as I started creating I wanted to use thepatterned paper that looks like a color pour. It is by far my FAVORITE pattern in the collection. But how to create a scrapbook page around it so it doesnt get lost but also doesnt overwhelm my photo. I decided on a large photo that compliments the paper but also contrast enough against it. Once I had made the decision, I decided on a monochromatic feel and pulled...
Playtime Routine by Jenn
Hello scrappy friends, Jenn here! I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and I wish you all the happiest New Year. I'm kicking off 2020 by using up all the leftover scraps from my 2019 collections (to make room for all the amazing 2020 collections coming out :) ). I've been working at finishing up the last few pages in my Traveler's Notebooks from 2018 and wanted to share this layout with you using a combination of Child at Heart and Canadian Winter. In our family, we have a tradition when it comes to the first snowfall of the...
Sis Is Crafty Like Me by Karla
Hello friends! Karla back today just before the holidays with a cute, crafty layout using the wonderful and playful Child At Heart Collection. There are so many photos you could use and stories to document with this collection! For this layout I'm using a couple of sweet photos of my girls crafting together. As every parent of more than one child knows, you gotta savour the moments when they get along perfectly, lol! I layered on several different patterns of paper from the Child At Heart 12x12 Paper Pack and then matted a grid layout of my photos with some...
I Do All My Own Stunts by Jenn
Hello, Jenn here, Happy November :) For my first layout this month I really wanted to play with the Child at Heart collection! It's such a fun collection, and I absolutely adore the colour palette. To create my Traveler's Notebook insert layout, I cut the green arrow paper down to fit both sides of my insert, and adhered them onto the pages. I am using two 1 1/2 x 3 inch photos, so the back of the scraps left from cutting the arrow paper made the perfect matte. I love the triangle pattern and all the colours it brings into...
Child at Heart Box Card by Linda
Hi everyone! Today, I'm going to share one of my favorite ways to use up bits and pieces of ephemera, by making a box card. I made the card with the Child at Heart paper collection and ephemera pack. I found the SVG file for the basic box form, from The Non Crafty Crafter here. She also provides a link to Cricut Design Space where she has it set up and ready to cut. A big thank you to her for sharing it with us! This is how I glued everything together after I had cut it on my Cricut. ...
