Christmas Coffee Tin by Linda
Hi Everyone! My project today is a continuation of Karla's Christmas in July theme! You can see her project that uses the same piece of Sensations paper here. We both instantly thought of Christmas when we saw this sheet! I chose to upcycle a coffee tin and turn it into a beautiful container. This container could act as a gift box, or it could sit on your counter at Christmas time and hold gift tags, tape, stamps, etc. I also found that it holds a dozen or more A2 size cards, so if you're a cardmaker, and you like to gift...
Christmas In July Mixup!
Hey friends! Karla back today with a fun and festive layout using lots of awesome Wild Whisper products - that are actually not Christmas themed!! Look closely and you'll see papers from Sensations & Fanciful Florals along with elements of the Adventure Collection and more! Ever since I saw the Pam Bray Sensations Collection I thought the paper with the green background and red flowers look Christmasy to me! And of course I always think you have to do a bit of Christmas In July!! I decided to scrap this precious photo of my now 13 year old when she was almost 4 having a visit...
All is Calm
Merry Christmas everyone! What an honour it is to be on the blog on Christmas Day! Since today is so special, I chose to make a piece of artwork in honour of Christmas. The beautiful sunset piece of paper is from Canadian Winter and of course features our Rocky Mountains in the background. I used another Wild Whisper collection by Pam Bray, called Nature's Bliss to cut out the reindeer (which is an SVG cut file by Just...
Canadian Winter December Daily pages by Jenn
Hello, Jenn here!!! I wanted to share with you how I've been using the Canadian Winter collection to decorate my December Daily this year! I've used the Canadian Winter ephemera and flair on days 2-7. We've had many wintery days here in Alberta at the beginning of this month so it's been really easy to add fun winter elements to my daily layouts. I used a 4x6 card from the card pack in day 2 to create a tip-in for some journaling. I added a little ephemera quote to the card, and placed the snowflakes at the top and bottom...
Canadian Winter December Daily by Jenn
Hello, Jenn here!!! Happy December :) I loved how my December Daily turned out last year using Wild Whisper's Christmas Comfort, so I couldn't wait to make my 2019 album using their new Canadian Winter collection. I had a few book covers left over from a DIY Halloween project I made so I decided to use one of them as the cover for a December Daily junk journal. I started by choosing my papers from the Canadian Winter collection and cut them down to 10 inches long by 8 inches high. I went through my Christmas stash to find some...
