Covid Traveler's Notebook Insert by Jenn
Hello, Jenn here!!! This week I started working on my Covd-19 Traveler's Notebook insert and I thought I would share some of it with you :) I started by taking screenshots of news articles, meme's, twitter and Facebook posts, and just about anything that has caught my eye since this all started for us in March. I found many free printables including the amazing ones that Heather and Suzy created (click here for them!). I chose a Wild Whisper Traveler's Notebook insert for my journal and the 6 Feet Apart collection to go with it. I decided to add a...
Handmade Junk Journal by Karla
Hello friends! Karla back today with a handmade Junk Journal created with Pam Bray’s beautiful Sensations Collection and the We R Memory Keepers Book Binding Tool! This was so much fun to make. I started off by cutting five sheets of paper in various sizes and creasing them to fold them in half. I then poked the holes in the middle of each sheet and bound them together using the Saddle Stitch, which sews the center of the Journal together. (Paper Dimensions below) I added some pockets in the wider sheets of cardstock by folding the edges back as...
Where To Next?
Hi everyone! Linda here, and today I decided to start a journal about the pandemic that is sweeping the world and how I am reacting to it. Journaling can be therapeutic and I am going to add to it, as time goes on. These two journal pages are 6" x 8" and will be going into a binder album. My inspiration for this project came from the "Where to Next?" stamp set. I was looking at it and it reminded me of images I see on the TV everyday. Do you see where I'm going with this??? I'm sure this isn't...
Canadian Winter December Daily by Jenn
Hello, Jenn here!!! Happy December :) I loved how my December Daily turned out last year using Wild Whisper's Christmas Comfort, so I couldn't wait to make my 2019 album using their new Canadian Winter collection. I had a few book covers left over from a DIY Halloween project I made so I decided to use one of them as the cover for a December Daily junk journal. I started by choosing my papers from the Canadian Winter collection and cut them down to 10 inches long by 8 inches high. I went through my Christmas stash to find some...
Travel Journal by Katelyn
Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! I'm excited to be back on the blog today sharing with you my newest project that features the City Lights collection. By using the paper pack and the Flair from the City Lights collection, they were perfect for creating my Travel Journal. You'll want to grab a cup of your favourite summer beverage and learn how to recreate my travel journal at home for your next vacation. To start, you'll need a piece of mat board and well as two 6" patterned papers from the City Lights Paper Pack. Add adhesive to one side of the mat board and adhere the patterned paper piece....
