Panic! by Jenn
Hello, Jenn here! I was so excited to start playing with the Feel the Beat collection. Music is such an important part of my family's life and this collection is just perfect for documenting that! I started by going through the 12x12 papers to pick a background for my layout. I had my eye on that gorgeous crowd paper which I thought would really compliment my photo of my daughter watching the stage at her first 'real' concert, Panic! At the Disco in Seattle. I coordinated Tim Holtz Distress Stains with colours from the paper and embossing powders from Emerald Creek to create a fun page with lots of texture and layers. The stamp set from the Strong & Free set has wonderful images, not just for Canada day, but also ones that work great with your nature pages as well!...
Happy Canada Day by Jenn
Hello, Jenn here! Happy Canada Day :) For today's layout I knew I had to do a throwback to the awesome Strong and Free collection to celebrate our nations birthday. This layout is also part of a Grab 5 challenge that I was participating in so I also had to use stamping, doilies, washi, ephemera, and enamel dots!!! I started by picking some papers from the Strong and Free collection. I gutted the center of each one to make sure I can stretch this collection as far as possible, then created a border with the maple leaf paper, followed by...
