First I cut the leafy patterned paper into the square sizes for my background (8x8, two 4x4, and 3x3). You want to work quickly with this technique, take the tops off of all the colours you want to use. Add blobs of the colours along the top and bottom edge of the large piece. Then squirt the blending solution over them and let them roll around a little. Set aside to let dry. Once dry, Mat this large piece in black cardstock.
Do the same to the 3 smaller pieces, around all of the edges. Let the pieces dry. Create a simple layered background for the layout using black cardstock and white cardstock that is 11.5x11.5. Using misters that coordinate with the alcohol inks that you have already used. Splatter around the outside of the layout. Let dry. Add the squares to the layout. Mat the photos in white cardstock and add to the middle of the large square using foam tape. Add the foam sticker title below the matted photo. With the leftover patterned paper that did not get inked, fussy cut out the leaves. I added these using foam squares around the matted photos. Add sequins around the popped up leaves.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
