Allison Scianna is back with a Traveller's Notebook spread and a process video! We love how raw and self-reflective she is in her journaling and it inspires us to do the same. The Focus on You collection has many prompts to encourage this sort of self-reflection, so if you are looking to document some deeper feelings or experiences, we highly recommend it. Below is Allison's process, and from here we will let her take it away!
This whole layout is about accepting myself for who I am, not trying to force myself to be something I am not, letting go of my flaws, and not letting them define me.
I started the notebook spread with some watercolor and some bits of scrap paper. I then used a 3x4 card from the Rooted Love collection and typed out my journaling.
I then used some of the stamps from the Focus on You stamp set as the title on the top left side and also stamped some on layers of vellum to add around my photo.
I used another 4x6 card from the Rooted Love collection and added it to the bottom of the page to function as a pocket. Finally, I topped off the photo with one of the X wood veneers.
