Hello Everyone! Sara with you today!
I recently had the priviledge of creating live on the Wild Whisper Facebook Page and created some gorgeous flowers using the Botanic Stamp Set!
At the end of the live I chose three more background stamps and used them to create a set of cards for my project today!
I love how they turned out! Each card has a style all it's own...even though I started with the one floral stamp set! Let's take a look at each one!
For this one, I stamped a background using the Birch Bark Stamp Set
I used the largest image on the stamp and cut it so that my card was balanced and the pretty colors were more evenly distributed! I used a stamp from my stash for the perfect sentiment.
I absolutely LOVE how these watercolor flowers pop against the kraft background of this card. For this background I used the Pam Bray Lattice Background Stamp Set I chose an ink color as close to kraft as I had to stamp with, creating a tone on tone effect. I added an inked edge to give definition to the card. Then a diagonal swoop of flowers and a stamped sentiment from my stash to finish it off!
For my third card I went romantic. I heat embossed the Nicole Wright Script Stamp with a light coral embossing powder. Then a inked over the heat embossed panel, creating a soft background. I used the lightest colored flowers on this card as well to keep the finished card soft and sweet.
I love how these finished cards came together. The Botanic Stamp Set is such an amazing stamp and perfect for so many looks! Ohhh...and it's ON SALE in the Wild Whisper shop too! So be sure to head over and grab one !
Have A Lovely Day!
