Hello friends! Karla back today with a Christmas In July card for you using Nicole Wright's Baubles & Bows paper collection and Pam Bray's Winter & Christmas 6x6 paper pack! I love making Christmas cards in July! I feel like I can pull out my Christmas product from my stash and be free to make whatever I want, lol! And you know how much I love using foiling with the Wild Whisper papers...
I cut the 12x12 Baubles and Bows paper down to an A2 card front size and ran it through my mini Minc using DecoFoil. Anywhere there is printing on the Wild Whisper paper you'll find the foil will stick to when you run it through a laminator... so cool! I fussy cut out the JOY word from the paper as well and used gold foil for a pretty, shiny sentiment.
I used a circle die to cut out the fun paint splattered paper, which I think kind of looks like an ornament and then diecut greenery from the Winter & Christmas paper collection. By the way, I think the Winter & Christmas line would work perfectly to create gorgeous card backgrounds!! I added some diecut pieces and ephemera from my stash and tucked in some stickers and pretty sequins to finish off the card!
