Hello, Jenn here!
How are you all doing? We are well into the swing of our homeschooling adventure! I'll keep you posted on how we are doing!!! I've been spending some time working on my Covid TN and I thought I'd share some more of it with you.
Today's layout is all about dancing online. We were so thankful and impressed with how quickly the kid's dance studio jumped on board with online classes. They really embraced Zoom and everything it had to offer in order to maintain some stability for their dancers. It was so appreciated by us parents who relied on dance as a way of keeping the kids moving and having something familiar in their lives when so much was uncertain for them.
I chose the 12x12 soap bubbles paper from 6 Feet Apart as my background because the light refraction in the bubbles matches the tie dye shirt that Kaelyn is wearing. I cut my papers slightly smaller than the size of the TN pages because I wanted to have a white border around my pages.
Wild Whisper created free Covid printables and I printed mine as 4x6 photos so I would have small embellishments to use. I chose the Let's Stay Home piece to create my title. I backed it with a piece from the 12x12 cut apart sheet and added grey letters to spell out 'and Dance' to complete my title. Let's Stay Home and Dance! I added two 3x2 pictures under the title, and some journaling.
On the other page, I added some pieces from the 6 Feet Apart ephemera pack to the top, along with some alphas, to create a second title, Our New Routine. I added a glassine bag from my stash to the bottom of the page and then filled it with pictures I've taken of the kids dancing at home. I added two more 3x2 pictures on top of the glassine bag as well. I finished the layout with a few little enamel hearts from Stampin' Up.
