Hi everyone! I’m happy to be here sharing my first post for the month of June. I’m absolutely in love with the two newest releases from Wild Whisper, Forever & Always and Small Patterns, so I had to use them together in a layout! Today I have another 9x12 pocket page layout for my Disney album. I hope you don’t get sick of seeing Disney World pictures from me because I have a lot of them! This layout was from my birthday and when we went to the Grand Floridian resort for breakfast. The resort is so classic and gorgeous that I thought these collections fit the photos so well!
For the main elements in this spread, I used the Forever & Always card pack. The florals in this collection are gorgeous and I really wanted them to stand out, so I kept my embellishing to a minimum. For my title, I used my handwriting to write “Birthday Breakfast” and used some of my favorite tiny alphas for the rest.
With the other 4x6 spot, I made a mini layout, which a like to do for smaller or similar photos. These are actually photos of the floor at the Grand Floridian! I backed them with a polka dot paper from Small Patterns, and then overlapped them on a floral paper from the same collection.
I decided to cut a label spot out of one of the cards from Forever & Always and use it with the striped paper from Small Patterns to create another journaling spot. You can really use cards any way that works for you. (And yes I really did end up with four free cupcakes for my birthday!)
Finally, I added my handwritten journaling and placed a few gold word stickers from my stash. Hope you enjoyed hearing how this came together!
