Hello Winter Tag by Katelyn

Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! I'm excited to be on the blog today sharing my Hello Winter Tag. To create my tag, you'll need the Canadian Winter Collection. Grab a cup of your favourite winter beverage and learn how to recreate my tag at home.
To start, you'll need a #8 tag, it doesn't matter what colour it is. Ink the edges of the tag using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the backside of the cover sheet, trace the tag onto the blue woodgrain patterned paper. Cut out the paper tag. You'll also need to cut a piece that measures 1 3/4" x 1/2" and a second piece that measures 1 3/4" x 1/2". Ink the edges of the tag and two pieces using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the Canadian word paper cut a piece that measures 3" x 5 3/8". Ink the edges of the paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the grey woodgrain paper, you'll need to cut a piece that measures 2 3/4" x 5 1/8" and a second piece that measures 2 3/4" x 1 1/4". Ink the edges of the paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the pink branch paper, cut three pieces at the following measurements: 2 1/2" x 4 7/8", 2 1/4" x 3" and 1/2" x 3". You'll also need to cut a reinforcement circle out of the paper. Ink the edges of all of the pieces using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Choose two border strips from the bottom of the papers. Cut one border strip to 2 3/4". Cut the other border strip to 2 1/4". Ink the edges of the border strip using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the cut apart paper, cut a piece that measures 2 3/4" x 4". Fussy cut the deer out from the same paper. Ink the edges of the paper and deer using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the Canadian Winter Card pack, you'll need the different words 4x6 card and the branches card. Cut the different words card to 2 1/2" x 4". Cut the branches card to 2" x 3". Ink the edges of both cards using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
From the Canadian Winter Flair, choose one of the Flair buttons.
Adhere the paper tag to the tag. Adhere the red word paper to the paper tag. Adhere the large grey woodgrain paper to the red word paper. Adhere the large pink branch paper to the grey woodgrain paper. Adhere the reinforcement circle to the top of the tag.
Adhere one of the blue woodgrain strips to the top right side of the snowshoe paper. Adhere the other blue woodgrain paper to the bottom right side of the snowshoe paper. Adhere the snowshoe paper 1 3/4" from the top and all the way to the right hand side of the tag. Foam square the blue word paper to the middle of the snowshoe paper.
Adhere the grey woodgrain paper 1/4" from the top and 1/4" from the left of the pink branch paper. Adhere the pink branch paper 2" from the top and all the way to the right hand side of the tag. Adhere the blue branch card to the middle of the pink branch paper.
Adhere the 2 3/4" border strip to the 1/2" deer paper. Adhere the deer strip 1 1/4" and all the way to the right hand side of the tag. Adhere the 2 1/4" 1" from the bottom and 1/8" from the right of the tag. Foam square the deer to the middle of the blue branch paper. Adhere the flair button to the left of the border strips.
Adhere seven Canadian Winter Sequins to the tag as desired. To finish the tag, tie a piece of twine to the top of the tag.
