Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! For today's post, I created this Little Moments Big Memories File Folder. To create my file folder, I've used the BRAND NEW Chaos & Love Collection along with the Ledger 6x8 Stamp Set from Nicole Wright Designs. You'll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to recreate my Little Moments Big Memories File Folder at home.
Choose two pieces of patterned paper out of the Chaos & Love 12x12 Paper Pack. Die cut the file folder from the Specimen Die out of each patterned paper piece.
Adhere the patterned paper file folders together. Distress the edges of the file folder. Ink the edges of the file folder using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam. Choose one of the four number stamps from the Ledger 6x8 Stamp Set. Apply Jet Black Archival Ink to the number stamp and stamp on the inside tab of the file folder.
From the Chaos & Love Card Pack, you'll need the card with the small hearts and the flowers. Cut the small heart card down to 1" x 3 3/4". Tear a bit off the bottom of the paper. Cut the flower card down to 3/4" x 4". Tear a bit off the bottom of the paper. Distress the edges of the papers. Ink the edges of the papers using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam. Out of the Chaos & Love Ephemera you'll need the five organic shapes and the Little Moments quote.
Now you'll need to have the front of the file folder in front of you. Adhere the heart paper 1/4" from the left and 3/8" from the top of the file folder. Adhere the flower paper 5/8" from the left and 1/2" from the top of the file folder. Adhere the five organic shapes to the left of the flower paper as desired. Foam square the Little Moments quote to the right of the organic shapes as desired.
From the Chaos & Love 12x12 Paper Pack, you'll need the green hearts paper. Cut the paper down to 2 1/2" x 4". Distress the edges of the green heart paper. Choose a border strip from the bottom of one of the patterned papers and cut it down to 2 1/2". From the cut apart paper, fussy cut the three grey hearts out. Ink the edges of all of the papers and images using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
On the inside left side of the file folder, you'll want to adhere the green hearts paper. Adhere the border strip 1/8" from the bottom of the green hearts paper. Foam square the hearts as desired on the left hand side of the green hearts paper.
From the Chaos & Love 12x12 Paper Pack, you'll need the green hearts paper. Cut the paper down to 2 1/2" x 4". Distress the edges of the green heart paper. Choose a border strip from the bottom of one of the patterned papers and cut it down to 2 1/2". Ink the edges of all of the papers and images using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam. From the Chaos & Love Ephemera, you'll need two organic shapes.
On the inside right side of the file folder, you'll want to adhere the green hearts paper. Adhere the border strip 1/8" from the bottom of the green hearts paper. Adhere the organic shapes as desired on the right hand side of the green hearts paper.
