Hey Wild Whisper Fans, Katelyn here! For today's post, I'm sharing this Rise Above Tag. My tag features the BRAND NEW In Nature Collection.
To start, you'll need a white tag that measures 3 1/8" x 6 1/8". From the In Nature 4x6 Stamp Set, you'll need the three flower stamps. I used Olive, Apricot and Passion Fruit Ink from PinkFresh Studio and used a colour for each stamp. Stamp the tag as desired alternating between the different stamps. Ink the edges of the tag using Black Soot Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam.
Out of the In Nature Paper Pack, you'll need the yellow bird paper, butterfly/dragonfly paper and white floral paper with pink background. Cut a piece from the yellow bird paper that measures 3/4" x 5". Cut a piece from the butterfly/dragonfly paper that measures 1" x 5 1/2". Cut a piece from the white floral paper with pink background that measures 1 1/4" x 5 1/4". Sand the edges of all three papers.
Choose two border strips from the bottom of the patterned papers. Cut one border strip to 5 3/4". Cut the other border strip to 1 1/2". Sand the edges of both borders.
From the butterfly/dragonfly paper, fussy cut two butterflies and one dragonfly.
From the In Nature Fussy Cut Page, fussy cut the Rise Above sentiment, flower bunch and orange sprig.
Adhere the butterfly/dragonfly paper 1/4" from the left and 1/4" from the bottom of the tag. Adhere the white floral paper 1" from the right and 1/8" from the bottom of the tag. Adhere the yellow bird paper 1/2" from the left and 3/8" from the bottom of the tag.
Staple the 1 1/2" border strip 1 3/8" from the right and 1 5/8" from the top of the tag. Staple the 5 3/4" border strip 1" from the left and 3/8" from the top of the tag.
Adhere the orange sprig to the bottom of the floral bunch as desired. Foam square the floral bunch to the middle left side of the tag as desired.
Adhere the butterflies and dragonfly as desired in amongst the floral bunch. Use adhesive and foam squares to adhere the Rise Above sentiment to the right of the floral bunch as desired.
Tie a piece of twine through the hole at the top of the tag into a bow. Use a paint brush to splatter Dina Wakley Gloss Spray - Carnation on the tag as desired. Allow time to dry.
