Getting to play with the Wild Whisper Christmas Comfort collection has definitely been putting me into the holiday spirit. Today I have a scrapbook layout of a photo of my tiny Christmas Tree.      I love black and white and I have a white tree that I decorated with mostly red and gold ornaments. I thought using black and white patterned paper would accent the photo nicely.      I cut strips of paper to layer on top of white card stock. I cut some of the strips at a slight angle to create more interest. I also had...

Christmas Comfort, Cork, Design Team, Emily Ferrario, Scrapbooking, Traveller's Notebook -

Today I’m sharing a traveler’s notebook layout using the lovely Christmas Comfort collection. This photo is from when a group of friends and I went to the Christmas lights display at our local zoo.      I used several papers and cards from the collection, along with some scraps from my stash to layer behind my photo. On the other side of the page I kept things simple by making the “JOY” from the cut apart page the focal point. I love how this collection incorporates blue into the holiday theme and I think it works well with the Christmas...

Hi everyone! I’m absolutely loving Wild Whisper’s Christmas Comfort collection. I didn’t get last year’s December Daily album totally finished (Oops!) so I know this collection will help me get it done.    I have two 6x8 spreads to share from the 21st and 22nd of December. These pages face each other so I tried to coordinate them with the colors from the collection. I love how the collection incorporates traditional Christmas colors like red and green but also throws in blues. I’ve used both traditional and non-truadional colors in my album, so this is perfect.      I absolutely...

For this layout I have a photo from my Disney trip. I thought it would be fun to do a “Once Upon a Time” layout and use this month’s One More Chapter release.  I used the orange star paper on the bottom half of my layout and used white yardstick for the rest. I used a gold wash to tie the two papers together.  I backed my photo on the yellow text paper. I wanted to keep it pretty simple to let the photo shine.  For the stars, I just hand drew and cut out the design. You could obviously...

Design Team, Emily Ferrario, One More Chapter, Pocket Page, Pocket Scrapbooking, Scrapbooking -

I’ve been listening to some audiobooks recently so I thought I would use the One More Chapter collection to document this. I opted for a pocket page and because I’ve been listening to books this month and last, I put both months on a card. I’ll put this in my album between my July and August pages.      On each row of my page I had a photo of the book, journaling of my feelings about it, and a filler card. For the two audiobooks I’ve been listening to, I took screenshots of my Audible app. The third book...
